1 Corinthians 3, 8

8 Now he who plants and he who waters are one; but each will receive his own reward according to his own labour. 1 Corinthians 3:8NASB

Again, Paul emphasises the unity of the workers… The reward of each worker before the Lord Is his ‘own reward’.  This is important a few verses later.
