¹⁵ If any man’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire. 1 Corinthians 3:10-15 NASB

I just said that in the last verse ‘He himself will be save, yet as through fire’

Let us look at some of this translation…  Even though the Corinthians will be saved; Who wants to get to heaven with nothing??

He  himself = αὐτὸς   but/ yet = δὲ

αὐτὸς δὲ σωθήσεται, οὕτως δὲ ὡς διὰ πυρός. 1 Corinthians 3:15

It is not very nice language but Paul has achieved his goal in explaining what the situation is in regards to wages, end times, and these quarrels.
