1 Corinthians 3 21-23

21 So then let no one boast in men. For all things belong to you, 1 Corinthians 3:21

In summing up boasting should not be about the superstar Apostles but only about the Lord Jesus

22  whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas or the world or life or death or things present or things to come; all things belong to you, 1 Corinthians 3:22

Summing up again Paul makes the point that everything belongs to the Corinthian believers

1 Corinthians 3:16-23

23 and you belong to Christ; and Christ belongs to God. 1 Corinthians 3:23

In his final summing up, before the next chapter where he changes topic, St Paul can affirm that everything belongs to Christ and that Christ belongs to God the Father….

Even though the Corinthian believers got a grilling, Paul finishes on a positive note for this point… There is always grace and love and here Paul shows his caring love for his congregation.
