Maybe sometimes it is better to marry. 1 Corinthians chapter 7, 6-7

3rd  July 2020

7  Yet I wish that all men were even as I myself am. However, each man has his own gift from God, one in this manner, and another in that. 1 Corinthians 7:6-7

Paul obviously had lots of self-control coming from a strict Jewish background.  He realizes that not all people are like him and they’re not gifted in the same way.  It is a concession from his point of view because they are not at the same point of maturity as he is.  He is not boasting about it but giving good advice to the Corinthian believers that it is better to marry than to burn… I don’t need to translate that as it is self-explanatory.
