¹¹ For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.  NASB

St Paul is Laying it on thick… There is one foundation Jesus Christ.  He doesn’t go so deep as in Galatians  where he uses the word heteros (completely other)

Galations 1,6

My paraphrase is “I marvel that you are so quickly turning your back on your calling… by Christ’s grace for a completely alien gospel, “

⁶ Θαυμάζω ὅτι οὕτως ταχέως μετατίθεσθε ἀπὸ τοῦ καλέσαντος ὑμᾶς ἐν χάριτι Χριστοῦ εἰς ἕτερον εὐαγγέλιον, Galatians 1:6

⁶ I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel; Galatians 1:6 NASB

The word heteros = ἕτερος    found in the English language such as heterosexual; preferring the other sex.
